Maksym Krippa, known as the owner of the Parus business center and the Ukraine Hotel, continues to expand his investment horizons. This time his attention is focused on the construction sector, having entered into a strategic agreement with the development company DIM.
According to the press service of Dom-Bud, the deal has already been finalized, and the partners have identified the main areas of further cooperation. With this step, Krippa strengthens its position in real estate, complementing its existing assets in the hotel and commercial segments.
Over the past two years, Maksym Krippa has been steadily strengthening its position in commercial real estate, and now he is taking a new strategic step by entering the residential segment. His partnership with the DIM group of companies is aimed not only at supporting the completion of current projects but also at launching new initiatives, says Oleksandr Nasikovsky, founder and managing partner of DIM.
Among the most important projects in which Maksym Krippa will be involved is The One, located just 400 meters from his Parus business center.
“I’m not just joining DIM as a partner, I’m becoming a co-owner of the company,” emphasizes Krippa.

Maksym Krippa’s investment will enable DIM not only to complete the projects it has already started, but also to expand its construction scale by launching new initiatives. Thanks to the additional funding, the company will be able to reduce its dependence on current sales, which will ensure more sustainable development and stability in the sale of residential complexes.
Given Krippa’s experience in real estate management, his involvement in DIM could have a significant impact on the company’s future development dynamics. As the owner of Parus Business Center and Ukraine Hotel, he has already demonstrated effective management solutions by managing iconic commercial and hotel properties.
DIM is one of the leading residential real estate developers in Kyiv and the region, with a portfolio of over 900,000 sq m of completed and planned projects. To date, the company has completed the construction of 356 thousand square meters of residential and commercial real estate, which has provided 3,670 families with their own apartments.
Currently, DIM is actively working on six large-scale residential complexes with a total area of 346 thousand square meters.
Despite the differences between commercial and residential real estate, Maksym Krippa’s management experience in large projects can be a significant advantage for DIM. His deep understanding of the market, ability to improve asset efficiency and strategic approach to managing large-scale projects will contribute to the company’s further development and strengthen its position in residential construction.
